With over 16 years’ experience in the Consulting & Outsourcing sectors; Aidan O’Shea is a strategic leader who balances commercial expertise with operational realities. Aidan is recognised for his ability to devise sustainable, win-win, growth strategies which deliver true and lasting value to his clients. A veteran in the BPO world, Aidan resonates with Voxpro’s vision to go beyond traditional outsourcing models and to build something unique. Tony BarryFinance Director
Experience of working with Multi-national companies (e.g. Avery Dennison & KPNQuest) as well as large Irish Companies. Experience of managing Shared Service Centre Finance teams and central finance teams for multi-currency legal entities across 9 European countries. Extensive experience of preparation and presentation of the monthly and quarterly Financial/General Ledger reporting requirements for a number of legal entities. Extensive experience of dealing with senior individuals within the various Financial, Legal and Governmental bodies across a number of European jurisdictions. Specialties; Management accounts, Budgeting and cash-flow forecasting, financing and tax planning.
Philip McNamaraHead of US Sales
Philip McNamara is an entrepreneur and business development leader who has been working with Voxpro since 2013. Philip previously started several companies in Ireland and in Silicon Valley and is very well-connected with start-ups, investors and CEOs from Silicon Valley and Around the world. Philip heads up sales for Voxpro in San Francisco and is always on the lookout for the next big company. He enjoys mountain biking and kite surfing.
Denis CambridgeICT Director
Denis has been leading Voxpro’s IT functions for over 9 years. Over this time, Denis has overseen the transformation of Voxpro’s IT strategy and capabilities during a period of rapid growth and change in Voxpro’s business model to providing best in class services to an international customer base. Denis has initiated companywide programmes such as virtualisation of Voxpro’s infrastructure to implementing SIP and VOIP programmes resulting in maximum agility, quality and scalability for Voxpro’s customers. Denis is a certified ITIL practitioner with over 4 years’ experience focussing on excellence in customer on-boarding processes right through to service delivery.
Stephen HegartyChief Operations Officer
With over 20 years’ experience, Stephen has brought a positive influence and made a tangible difference in all the companies he has worked with to date. He has actively led company growth through people and technology. Stephen has a passion for team led solutions, and with his teams, he has delivered product and services that have enhanced multiple industry sectors. Prior to joining Voxpro Stephen has worked as a senior management consultant with companies such as CoreHR and MIAGEN. In recent times he has overseen Big Fish Games in Cork as Senior Director of European Business. Prior to this, Stephen was COO & Head of Operations in Southwestern. Stephen ran his own company working as a consultant for 3 years and also previously held roles with FINEOS and BUPA UK, in Operations, Program Management and Business Analysis. Stephen completed his MBA with Henley Business School in 2012. His passion is working with people, technology and music, (playing and listening). Stephen is married to Anna and has two kids, Ella, aged 14 and Joe aged 13.
Brian HannonChief Commercial Officer
Brian Hannon is the Chief Commercial Officer for Voxpro, where he develops the services, solutions and teams to solve our customers’ challenges and develops the growth of Voxpro’s business around the world. Brian has extensive global BPO experience. Prior to this role, Brian was the Business Development Director for Conduit, launching and developing the business’s healthcare and technology segments. He brings to the role experience in driving global teams to develop and implement solutions for Fortune 500, public sector and scaling organisations in Europe and the US, developing partner channel strategies and building successful growth teams. Brian has also gained from experience working in finance and in the international tech start-up market. In his spare time, Brian is a passionate participant and follower of all sports, in particular mountain biking, football and American football. He holds a BCOMM and MBS from University College Dublin and a dual MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School, NYC.
Roger ClancyDirector of Operations
Roger Clancy is the Director of Operations for Voxpro, responsible for Service Delivery, Solution Design and Account Management for our global accounts. Roger is a highly accomplished leader with 20+ years of international experience in Dell & Motorola, ranging from BPO Vendor Management, Contact Centre Operations, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and Service Delivery. Prior to this role, Roger was a consultant with Lean Business Systems working with Voxpro on Lean business transformation programs. Roger holds a BEng from University of Limerick, is Six Sigma green belt certified and has a certificate in Method Time Management. He is an active member of his local GAA and Rugby clubs.
Darren CoughlanDirector of Planning & Analytics
Darren Joins Voxpro as Director of Planning & Analytics. An experienced business professional who trained as a Chartered Management Accountant and had held senior roles in business, finance and analytics functions in three multinational companies. Darren spent 6 years at Abtran in Ireland providing commercial planning and analytics support while driving service value across many service verticals including utilities, insurance and media entertainment. Darren spent 10 years in the Life Sciences industry heading up a global manufacturing finance function where he worked during that time abroad in the USA, leading a global transformation initiative. Prior to that, Darren spent a number of years with technology giant Dell and held a number of roles including EMEA logistics finance manager and European pricing manager where he drove commercial accountability across the European Region. In his spare time Darren enjoys all kinds of sport, cooking, painting and gardening.
Christina KennyChief People Officer
Christina is a member of the Voxpro leadership group and is responsible for People (HR) globally. She leads a team of dedicated People and Talent professionals whose ambition is to keep Voxpro a fun, challenging and creative workplace. Christina is responsible for developing people strategies that scale including integrated People programs and processes that are aligned with the company’s high growth business plans and objectives. Responsible for all aspects of People and Talent policy, practice and strategy, including: end-to-end talent management/acquisition, total rewards, management development, employee relations, branding, performance management, organizational development/effectiveness and workforce/succession planning. Christina has 20 years experience in growth industries and has worked in a number of senior level HR and business roles globally, including SVP of HR and Chief Administration Officer for The NTR Group. She holds an MBA from Dublin City University and a BA in Finance and Human Resources Management. In her spare time Christina enjoys to travel and explore with her husband Dave and son Max and has a passion for Art and design.
Bertie MurphyStrategic Development Director
Bertie Murphy is Strategic Development Director at Voxpro. He has over 10 years experience int he consulting and outsourcing sectors. Bertie is responsible for driving the integrated commercial success of the business as Voxpro continues to scale internationally by creating and fostering cross-functional commercial alignment in the business. A C-level executive with a strong sales, strategic finance and commercial operations track record. Bertie has built, developed and motivated teams to execute across all commercial aspects of business from deal origination right through to driving company financial performance. Bertie holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and holds a Diploma from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Niall O’RiordanDirector of Partner Success
Niall O’Riordan is Director of Partner Success at Voxpro. Niall began his career as a lawyer with Shearman & Sterling, and then worked with Microsoft and Google in legal and business roles in a number of countries, where most recently, he was instrumental in the rapid expansion of Google’s outsourcing strategy in EMEA working with multiple partners across Europe. Niall heads up the Partner Success Team working to ensure that Voxpro delivers optimal value to our strategic partners as they scale globally. Niall is responsible for ensuring that Voxpro mantains top position in our client’s partner network and identifying and creating opportunities for further collaboration and growth.
