It’s finally here – the Effortless Customer Experience Summit has landed in San Francisco!
Organised by Voxpro and our parent company TELUS International, this event brings together the brightest minds in customer experience from some of the top tech companies in the world including Bird, Zuora, Patreon, SurveyMonkey and Wix.
Taking place on June 27th at 111 Minna Gallery in San Francisco, the event will consist of a series of presentations and panel discussions exploring a number of topics including ways companies can reduce customer effort, how to deliver great digital CX at scale and how AI will shape customer experience in the years ahead.
Among the speakers are Alon Mor, Head of Global Customer Solutions at leading web development platform Wix.com, who will share insights on how his company manages to reduce customer effort. Alon was a recent guest on the Voxpro Studios podcast.
Ashwin Cheriyan, co-founder and CEO of healthy food delivery business Thistle, will be part of a panel discussing how to drive value from your data and analytics. Ashwin will touch on how to make customer support a cornerstone of your business and why it pays dividends in a world in which it is becoming increasingly hard to stand out. Maritza Dominguez, Risk Operations Manager at Patreon – whom we caught up with recently – will also form part of this panel, while Brendan O’Driscoll of Bird and Jim Radzicki of TELUS International will make up a panel discussing artificial intelligence.
Marlene Summers, Vice President of Customer Support Services and Community at subscription management platform Zuora, will present on the topic ‘Delivering Great CX at Scale’. We spoke to Marlene on this subject and much more in a recent Q&A. The event will also have a presentation from Christine Rimer titled ‘Be Your Customer’s Hero’.
Plenty of humour is on the agenda too as the Effortless Customer Experience Summit is MC’ed by FunnyBizz Conference founder, David Nihill. As well as doing TED Talks on facing the fear of public speaking, David is author of Do You Talk Funny? and his work has featured in Inc., Lifehacker, The Huffington Post, Forbes and The Wall Street Journal, to name just a few.
